This is a Unit that deals with ex-students’ association of the institution. It serves as an intermediary between old students’ association and the Polytechnic Management. The old students go through this Unit to communicate with existing students in case of any activities or events.
This Unit exists as part of the plan of the Management to show their commitment in reuniting the old students of this institution. One of the objectives of the Unit is to enhance coordination of activities leading to both corporate (institution and individual graduates) benefits and also to provides a link between the Polytechnic, its graduates and the public in general.

are to collect their Graduation kits (academic gown, one (1) invitation card,
scroll and brochure etc.) from their various school Officers from Monday, 14th
January, 2019, having obtained REMITA
payment code from the cash office to pay online, the sum of N6,000.00 (Six
Thousand Naira Only), Into Federal Government’s Treasury Single Account (TSA).
There will be a refund of N1,000.00 upon
the return of the Academic Gown to the Academic Affairs Office at the Main
Campus not later than close of work on Friday, 18th January, 2019,
gowns returned after this date will attract a fine of Fifty Naira (N50) only
per day. However, for any damaged gown, there will be a surcharge while
certificates will not be released to those who fail to return their gowns.
Graduands will be responsible for the
transportation, accommodation and feeding of their own guests.
graduands are expected to be seated at the Convocation Arena by 7:30am.

Guidelines for Collection
of Certificates (ND&HND)
Graduands who have
previously collected genuine Statements of Result and Testimonial should bring
along the following:
A genuine identification
item such as the National ID Card or International Passport or Driver’s
Two (2) standard
Obtain REMITA payment
code from the Cash Office to pay online, the sum of Five Thousand Naira
(5,000.00) only per certificate, into Federal Government’s Treasury Single
Present receipt of
payment at Academic Affairs Unit for collection of the certificates.
Collection of Certificates by Proxy will not be honored.
