The Registrar, Alh. Abdulahamid O. Raji was born fifty-five years ago in Benin. He is an indigene of Ilorin, Ilorin West Local Government Area.
He attended Edaiken Ahmadiyya Primary School, Benin City between 1966 and 1971, Hussey College, Warri between 1972 and 1976, Ilorin Grammar School, Ilorin between 1976 and 1977 for his O’ Levels, Federal Government College, Ilorin between 1977 and 1979 for his A Levels and later proceeded to the University of Ilorin between 1980 and 1983 where he bagged his B. A (Hons) in History and again in 1995 to 1997 for his MPA programme. He also possesses a Certificate in Public Relations from Nigeria Institute of Journalism, Ikeja in 1990.
He did his compulsary national service at Sakato Government Secondary School, Numan Gongola State (Now Adamawa State) between 1983 and 1984. He was employed by Kwara State Teachning Service Commission fron November, 1984 and served in three different secondary schools where he held different positions of responsibility.
He transferred his service to the College of Education (Technical) Lafiagi in 1993 as Senior Assistant Registrar and rose to the position of Deputy Registrar in 1998. He served in defferent capacities and became the Ag. Registrar on 25th March, 2000 and was appointed to the exalted position of Registrar on 16th August, 2011.
He was appointed the Registrar of the Federal Polytechnic Offa commencing from January, 2010.
He has attended several courses on different aspects of Management and Leadership both withing Nigeria and overseas.
A recipient of over 20 Meritorious Awards covering Academic Attainments, Leadership, Management, Community Development and religious activities.
He has delivered papers on professional aspect of Management of defferent occasions.
